On Monday 3 August 2020, the Victorian Government announced the details of Stage 4 restrictions on businesses in metropolitan Melbourne. As a result of these restrictions, our Melbourne office will be closed for on-site work and will be unattended from Thursday 6 August 2020 until further notice.
As Banks Group successfully moved to a remote working environment in March of this year, the only noticeable change is that 801 Glenferrie Road will be unattended during this period. We kindly request that all correspondence be forwarded by email or post to ensure a timely response.
Please rest assured that it will be “business as usual” in terms of our team being able to continue serving your needs. Our software and systems are suitably prepared for this scenario, with our team being well-equipped with the technology and processes to assist you as per usual. Virtual meetings (eg video conferencing, phone calls etc) will continue to be available.
