Due to recent developments and advice issued by government and health authorities regarding the evolving COVID-19 situation, Banks Group will be enacting the next phase of our COVID-19 response plan.
This will see our entire team working remotely from Tuesday 24 March 2020.
Banks Group is committed to navigating the enormous challenges we are all facing in our business and personal lives. The health and wellbeing of our people, clients, contacts and the community remains our primary concern. This is why we are enacting our contingency plan of working remotely.
Despite 801 Glenferrie Road being closed, it will be “business as usual” in terms of our team being able to continue serving our clients’ needs. Over recent weeks we have completed comprehensive testing of our software and systems to suitably prepare us for this scenario. Your Banks Group representative is well-equipped with the technology and processes to assist you as per usual.

Our remote working arrangement will be in place for the foreseeable future, however, we will continue to review this in accordance with guidelines provided by government and health authorities. We will also deliver regular updates via email, social media and our website to keep you up to date with the latest information.
