Analyst/Management Accountant (Melbourne)

We are seeking an Accountant to join our Management Accounting/Consulting division. Your enthusiastic, analytical mind will be constantly challenged in this varied role. You will find yourself working on various projects within different industry sectors consulting with small to medium-sized businesses.

You are an exceptional listener, problem solver and very systems orientated. Your written and verbal communication skills are excellent, as is your knowledge of Excel and Accounting software.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Process improvements
  • Financial analysis
  • Budgeting
  • Variance Analysis
  • Month-end reporting
  • General ledger reconciliations
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Project management/accounting

You will have at least 5 years proven experience as a Management Accountant or Assistant Accountant and the ability to work in a team or autonomously.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Audit Manager with a minimum of 6 years’ experience. Banks Group has its own authorised assurance company dedicated to the growing demands of our clients.
