Paraplanner

Due to growth in the advice business, a position has become available in our Wealth Management division. We are seeking to recruit a Paraplanner with at least 2+ years’ experience.  Reporting to a team of Financial Advisers, you will primarily be responsible for the preparation and implementation of advice documents.

Duties include:

  • Supporting Financial Advisers
  • Prepare Statements of Advice and Records of Advice, including:
    • Xplan modelling
    • Xplan data checks and input
    • Product price comparisons
  • Management and implementation of advice
  • Maintain the compliance of client records
  • Provide compliance support to Advisers
  • Attending to client queries
  • Provide administrative support

We work with High Net Wealth clients, who require multi entity complex advice, therefore you must be able to tailor and structure advice documents for complex strategies in a timely manner.

Tertiary and RG146 qualifications are preferred along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident professional manner.  Previous experience using XPlan and XPlan modelling is essential.

Client Services Administrator

Due to expansion of our Wealth Management division, we are seeking to recruit a Client Services Administrator with approximately 2 years’ experience.

You will work alongside the Financial Advisers in a high achieving team. Your main role will be to support the advisers to help create an excellent customer experience.

Duties will include:

  • Providing support to advisors including:
    • Workflow management
    • Managing client files
    • Filing, scanning and archiving
    • General clerical duties
    • Hospitality and housekeeping
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Managing client requests
  • Implementation of advice, with direction from Advisers
    • Preparation and processing of product applications
    • Processing transactions
    • Following up with product providers
  • Generate quarterly reports for Advisers

The role offers the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, with a potential pathway to becoming an Associate Advisor.

The right candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, is a team player with a confident and professional manner.  Previous experience using XPLAN is preferred.
