On Sunday 6 September 2020, the Victorian Government announced the Coronavirus (COVID-19) roadmap to reopening. With restrictions on businesses in metropolitan Melbourne still in force until certain trigger points are met, our Melbourne office will continue to be closed for on-site work and will be unattended until further notice. We will reopen the office as soon as we are able to once workplace restrictions have been eased by the Government.
Postal delivery delays
Please note that Australia Post’s delivery services have been heavily impacted due to the massive demand and current workforce capacity constraints in Victoria. As a result, there are currently delays for deliveries within and into Victoria.
During the temporary closure of our Melbourne office premises, all physical mail and deliveries are being redirected and are likely to be subject to the aforementioned delays. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Where possible, we encourage you to send all correspondence digitally. If you have items that cannot be sent digitally, please contact your Banks Group representative to arrange a suitable delivery solution prior to sending.
Documents requiring signatures are being sent via our secure digital signing platform, DocuSign.
If you are not receiving emails via DocuSign, please check your junk/spam folders to ensure they are not being redirected by your email filters.
